A: Yes! Our formula is gentle enough for all ages and free from synthetic fragrances, parabens, and preservatives. Choose the unscented version for extra sensitive skin.Q: Can I use this on my face?
A: While it’s designed for hands and body, many customers use the unscented balm on their cheeks or lips in cold weather or dry conditions. As with any new product, test on a small area first.Q: How often should I apply the balm?
A: Use as often as needed. It’s especially effective after handwashing or before bed for overnight repair.Q: What if my balm melts during shipping?
A: No worries - just place the jar in the fridge or let it sit at room temperature until it returns to solid form. The balm will still work perfectly. -

As someone who needs to constantly wash their hands and/or use hand sanitizer I'm currently loving this balm, I purchased the unscented version and find it nice to just have the soft natural scent of the shea and jojoba butters. The scoop that is included is definitely a nice touch and makes it easy to get out product. You'll probably need less than you expect as little goes a long way, I really like how it comes out solid and with just a little bit of body heat it turns completely liquid. I find it sits on my skin for a minute or two before being absorbed completely and after I feel like I have a "protective" layer that stays through several hand washes! - Paulina L.
