What is your return policy?
We want you to love your products! We offer a 30 day happiness guarantee. If you wish to return your product(s) please submit the return request form here within 30 days of receiving your items. We’ll you send you return instructions and a shipping label. Please repackage your items carefully and send them back. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt. Refund guarantee applies only to orders purchased at anatomy-naturals.com.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all regions of the United States. Rates to Alaska and Hawaii are slightly higher than to the continental U.S. Your shipping rate will be shown at checkout.

Where do you source your ingredients?
We purchase our ingredients, packaging and supplies only from U.S. based companies. We buy organic and food grade ingredients whenever they available. Our ingredients come from reputable, trusted sources with appropriate certifications and guarantees. We strive to use reusable and recyclable packaging whenever possible. You can find a list of ingredients and their benefits here. The list is updated periodically and we do our best to keep it current.
Are your products made in the United States?
Yes! We make everything from start to finish in Pennsylvania.
Do your products contain allergens?
Some of our products contain allergens such as sweet almond oil, coconut oil and lanolin. Please read the ingredient list carefully.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We package and ship in sturdy boxes with plenty of padding. If your item was damaged in transit, please document the damage and reach out to the carrier to file a claim. If the exterior box is undamaged but your products are, please document all packaging and damage and send us an email at hello@anatomy-naturals.com
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
We ship our packages with tracking. If the tracking on your order says that it was delivered to the address you provided, please contact the carrier to find out what may have happened.
