Anatomy Naturals products are sold exclusively through our official website and select authorized retail partners. Our Quality Guarantee applies only to orders placed at anatomy-naturals.com. We do not sell on Ebay, Temu, Walmart, AliExpress, or other international marketplaces.

To ensure product authenticity, freshness, and proper handling, we recommend purchasing directly from our website. If you encounter Anatomy Naturals products listed elsewhere, please let us know.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day Quality Guarantee on orders placed through anatomy-naturals.com. If a product isn’t right for you, email returns@anatomy-naturals.com within 30 days of delivery with your name, order number, and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all regions of the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Rates for Alaska and Hawaii may be slightly higher than for the continental U.S.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We source our ingredients, packaging, and supplies exclusively from U.S.-based suppliers. Whenever available, we choose organic and food-grade materials. All ingredients come from trusted partners with appropriate certifications and quality guarantees. We also prioritize reusable and recyclable packaging when possible.

Are your products made in the United States?

Yes. All Anatomy Naturals products are made in small batches in Pennsylvania.

Do your products contain allergens?

Some formulas contain common allergens such as sweet almond oil or coconut oil. Please review ingredient lists carefully before use, especially if you have known sensitivities.

Where can I leave a review?

What if my order arrives damaged?

We package orders carefully using protective materials. If an item is damaged in transit, please document the damage and contact the carrier to file a claim. If the outer box is intact but the contents are damaged, email photos and details to hello@anatomy-naturals.com so we can assist.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

All orders ship with tracking. If tracking indicates delivery but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly. If tracking does not show delivery, reach out to hello@anatomy-naturals.com and we’ll help investigate.
