All subsequent orders ship with a flat $15 rate, with no reorder minimums.

Wholesale Terms & Ordering Information

Tax Exemption - Please submit a copy of your tax exemption certificate before placing your first order. If you don’t have one, you may still order. Sales tax will apply for Pennsylvania retailers.

Order Minimums - First-time orders require a $400 minimum. There is no minimum for reorders.

Shipping & Delivery - Orders over $100 are shipped insured with signature required upon delivery. Local pickup or delivery is also available for nearby retailers.

Lead Time - Because our products are handmade in small batches, most items are made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production and shipping.

Shelf Life - Our formulas are preservative-free and best used within 12 months. Keep this in mind when placing large orders.

Returns - For health and safety reasons, returns are not accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders - If your order arrives damaged or incorrect (not due to shipping carrier damage), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photo documentation.

If the damage occurred in transit, retain all packaging materials and send us photos so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
