Disclaimer and Precautions

 For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Use only as directed. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid eyes.

Patch test first. Apply a pea-size amount to the inside of your arm and wait 24 hours. Do not use on broken, irritated, or sunburned skin.

Individual sensitivities vary. Anatomy Naturals LLC is not liable for allergic reactions or misuse. If redness, swelling, itching, or other adverse reaction develops, stop use and consult a physician.

No medical claims. This cosmetic product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and has not been evaluated by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration.

Pregnancy & medical conditions. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or under medical care, consult your healthcare professional before use.

Slip hazard. Our oils and butters may leave bath or shower surfaces slick; use caution when entering or exiting and clean residue promptly. Anatomy Naturals is not responsible for slips, falls, or related injuries.

Storage. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; use within 6 months of opening for best freshness.

1. Agreement to Terms - By accessing anatomynaturals.com (“Site”) or purchasing a product from Anatomy Naturals LLC (“Anatomy Naturals,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & Descriptions - We make every effort to display products, ingredients, and prices accurately. Colors may vary due to screen settings. We reserve the right to correct errors and discontinue items without notice.

3. Ordering, Payment & Tax - All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay). Sales tax is charged where required by law. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability; we may cancel or limit quantities at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss - Orders ship only within the United States from our Pennsylvania facility. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup.

5. Returns & Refunds - Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. The return request can be found here.

6. Intellectual Property - All content on the Site - including text, graphics, trademarks, photos, and logos - is owned by or licensed to Anatomy Naturals LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. User-Generated Content - If you tag us on social media or post reviews on the Site, you grant Anatomy Naturals a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for marketing purposes. We may remove content we deem offensive, infringing, or misleading.

8. Product Safety & Disclaimer - Our products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and have not been evaluated by the U.S. FDA. 9. Limitation of Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anatomy Naturals LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product at issue.

10. Indemnification - You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anatomy Naturals LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution - These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to Terms - We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
